Order Info

Do I have to order my Petit Vour every month?

No. Your Petit Vour subscription renews itself automatically every month, so there is no need to order each month. However, you may cancel at any time. The 3 and 6 month subscriptions cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable.

Can I skip a month?

At this time we do not offer a “skip” feature. If you would not like to receive a Box in a given month, then you must unsubscribe for the month that you do not wish to receive a Box. You must then re-subscribe in the month in which you wish to continue receiving Boxes. For 3 and 6 month subscriptions we will be happy to mail your Box to a friend’s house for safekeeping while you are away. Please email us at contact@petitvour.com for further assistance.

When can I expect my first shipment?

Our Subscription Page displays the current starting month of our available subscriptions. We generally ship during the second week of the month. Our Boxes ship from Texas with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once available.

When is the payment taken out of my account?

For monthly subscriptions, payment is taken out for your first Box when you initially subscribe. For subsequent Boxes, you will automatically be charged on the 10th of each month. 

For fixed-term subscriptions, you will be charged only once for the full amount at initial purchase. However, you will receive a new email-notification each month when your order is created.

What happens if I don't have enough money to pay on the day you charge my account?

If you are a Petit Vour member, we will attempt to charge your account again at a later date. If we are unable to charge after multiple attempts, you will not be able to receive your Box for that month, and your subscription will automatically terminate. You will have to re-subscribe to receive the next Box. If you have any questions, please email contact@petitvour.com with your account details and the Customer Service team will be happy to help.

When will my Petit Vour ship?

Petit Vour will begin shipping after the 10th of every month; with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once available.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Yes! We will email you your tracking number once available. This tracking number can be entered at usps.com for shipment information and status updates.

Can I return my Petit Vour for a refund?

Once you have been charged on your account, we cannot refund your Petit Vour. Any cancellations will take effect for the following month. We do not accept returns.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Nope--the price of the Petit Vour includes shipping.

Why was I charged tax?

Petit Vour has a physical presence in Texas and is required to charge sales tax to residents in that state.

How do I change my shipping information?

The only way to effectively change shipping information is to let us know via email at contact@petitvour.com. 


Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at any time by emailing contact@petitvour.com; however your first shipment cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable. Please note that 3 and 6 month subscriptions cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription please email us your name with "subscription cancellation" in the subject line at contact@petitvour.com. Please allow 1 business day for a confirmation. You must cancel before the 1st of a month to not receive that month's box. 3 month and 6 month subscriptions cannot be canceled.

What should I do if a sample is missing or damaged?

If your sample has arrived damaged/missing please email us at contact@petitvour.com. Please include the word damage or missing in the subject of your email, as this will help to expedite your request.

I am allergic to certain products. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for allergies. However, we seek to choose products that are safe for use by the majority of customers.

Can I choose or opt out of certain samples each month?

Boxes always contain 4-5 samples from a mix of different categories (skincare, haircare, fragrance, lifestyle, etc.). There is no option to opt out of a given category. We're a full discovery service and experimentation is part of the fun! When it comes to specific products within these categories, we do our best to match to your individual needs such as your style and skin type. To receive samples suited to your preferences, please fill out your beauty/grooming profile. Get ready to discover!

How do I earn PV Points?

Earning PV Points is easy! Simply remember to take your surveys every month and we will give you 50 points for every completed survey. 

You can also earn 300 points by referring a friend. Visit our Rewards Page for additional information.

When can I begin completing my surveys?

Surveys become available 1-2 weeks after receiving the Box.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible by filling out our return form provided with your order number and reason for return. Returns are eligible for 30 days after your order’s delivery date. Once your request is processed we will send you a free return label to print (free return shipping for US customers only). Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
