RETURNS

Once you have been charged for your subscription or limited edition box, Petit Vour is not able to refund your purchase. However, If you would like to return your non-beauty box purchase, you have the option to return your product(s) for a store credit, minus the cost of return shipping, Please note, PV Points earned on the order are also deducted when the return is processed. 
Returns are eligible for 14 days after your order’s delivery date.

To request a return, simply email contact@petitvour.com with the order # and reason for your return. Please note, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Once return has been received and inspected, you will be sent store credit for your next purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.

For products damaged in transit, please email contact@petitvour.com with a photo and description of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will then send you a return shipping label, and once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped back to you.

Please note, the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. On orders  purchased using "free gift" promotional offers, the added gift items must be returned with the order. No refunds or returns on subscription or limited boxes, product samples, or sale items greater than 25% off.  Submit your return request info and someone with Petit Vour will respond as soon as possible.
