PETIT VOUR COOKS:
ALKALIZING GREEN SMOOTHIES

Posted on 12 June 2018

Did you know your body has a pH balance? The body's natural pH is between 7.35 and 7.45, or just slightly alkaline. When your body gets too acidic (or drops below a pH of 7) you can be prone to illness, fatigue, skin damage, and more. Eating highly-alkaline means you’re preventing your blood from becoming too acidic, allowing your body to reach equilibrium and function at its absolute best.

An easy way to tell which foods are more alkaline? Go for the green! Dark greens leafy greens such as kale, chard, and wheatgrass are some of the most alkalizing foods on the planet.  Just as good: avocados, celery, and cucumbers.

This is why we absolutely love WelleCo's The Super Elixir™ Alkalizing GreensIt contains a blend of 45 key ingredients to keep your body within a desired pH range and has been known to alleviate the impact of today's pressures including stress, fatigue, and premature aging.

Try adding just 2 teaspoons to one of the following super-charged summer smoothies to increase your body's alkalinity!
