COPYWRITER


SUMMARY OF POSITION

As a key contributor to the Marketing Department, this position is responsible for writing and proofreading Petit Vour - branded packaging and digital copy. The Copywriter must craft creative, relevant, and compelling copy that consistently communicates the Petit Vour brand voice.


RESPONSILIBITIES

Develop and write creative copy for projects including, but not limited to, campaigns, emails & ecommerce assets, PR kits, promotions, and other marketing materials
Work closely with Petit Vour team members to support product naming and branding projects, providing original ideas and creative input
Responsible for setting up copy status meetings
Management of copy deadlines and assignments
Proof all copy to ensure accuracy of information and mechanics of writing, which includes punctuation, spelling, structure and organization
Correct and revise copy until approved and maintain history of all copy revisions throughout entire project cycle
Must be able to prioritize while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Must always adhere to quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude, growth, passion and fun are valued
Utilize a consistent, compelling and brand-appropriate voice throughout all communications
Develop familiarity with cruelty-free vegan products and industry trends in order to identify features and benefits and ensure copy is thorough and accurate
Develop blog ideas and stories
Write and organize copy for social media outlets


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

BA in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years copywriting experience
Minimum of 2-3 of e-commerce experience
Thorough understanding of the rules governing the grammar and usage of the English language as well as familiarity with standard reference texts
Experience in beauty or fashion preferred

DIGITAL MARKETING GROWTH STRATEGIST


SUMMARY OF POSITION

As a key contributor to the Marketing Department, this position is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing systems to acquire, engage and retain customers to the Petit Vour brand.


RESPONSILIBITIES

Collaborate to develop a marketing strategy and plan
Drive revenue growth by developing campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers
Create a content marketing calendar
Lead the roadmap for development of e-commerce and digital marketing technology
Report and use data to deliver insights into opportunities
Drive strategy and execution of new customer acquisition for Petit Vour through all forms of media (organically, PR outlets, media buying, etc)
Knowledge of media buying that includes, but not limited to: Facebook/IG, Google (SEM, SEO, Display), Podcasts, Social Advertising, Video, TV, Radio, Print, etc
Understanding of frameworks for building demand modeling, multi-touch attribution, and analytics
Focus intensely on quantitative analysis and analytics: Dashboards, Reporting, Insights
Use the dashboards, reporting and insights to drive actionable decisions to grow the business
Broad experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and iteration to design, analyze and interpret marketing results


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

BA in Marketing or related field
3-6 years experience in acquisition marketing
Deep customer acquisition experience in a e-commerce / digital brand in a fast growth environment and at scale
You have a highly analytical orientation, with experience in rigorous performance data environment and desire to test and learn; high A/B testing environment
Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs
Understanding of statistical analysis, common quant techniques like regression, etc., experiment design
You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences
Think big picture and have the ability to execute
Ability to collaborate with creative team to discuss what how to drive sales
Build and deliver growth forecast
Experience in beauty preferred
