What's more traditional than pancakes for brunch? This recipe is extra special because you don't need to worry about getting perfectly round little cakes! The use of a skillet makes it super easy and gives it a gorgeous rustic flair. Serve up with a generous dollop of Miyoko's European-Style Cultured Butter!
You know we can't get enough French-inspired cuisine at Petit Vour! This spin on traditional quiche pays true homage to the original (think buttery, flaky crust and a dense flavorful interior), yet celebrates the bounty of the season with ripe cherry tomatoes and fresh baby spinach.
This New York-style vegan bagel and lox will get any city mama's mouths watering! The secret here is the Hot Pepper Cream Cheese: cultured overnight like traditional cream cheese but taken up a notch with blistered jalapeños. Blood oranges give the cashew cream a delicious brightness while also adding a lovely pink hue. Chocolate and quinoa are combined to make a break-apart brittle that stands in for boring old granola. Top off with pomegranate kernels and shaved dark chocolate, and you can already hear mom sigh in delight!
