GRILLED MISO-GLAZED JAPANESE EGGPLANT

This is the perfect side or main to bring to a cookout. If you haven’t tried miso with eggplant before, you’re in for a treat. The saltiness of the miso combined with the smoky umami of grilled eggplant is a match made in heaven. Glazing then grilling creates a melt-in-your-mouth eggplant with an incredible caramelization that we wish we could bottle up!

30 MIN VEGAN BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Want to impress but pressed for time? These perfectly-flaky biscuits can be whipped up in 30 minutes with a mushroom-based gravy you can simmer while the oven works its magic. The ultimate addition to a southern grill out.
